Building Access and Appointment Guidelines:
This office is not wheelchair accessible, as it is located on the second floor and there is no elevator or ramp. If this poses a concern, please let me know.
Please note that there is no waiting area or front desk staff available at this location. You will have to wait outside the building and I will come get you for your appointment time. There is seating under the awning at the Prado next door, located right beside the main entrance. The landlord has requested that no one wait inside, so I will do my best to conclude sessions on time to greet you promptly.
